From the first note of Venue Qualifying to the crescendo of the Karaoke Cup World Finals at the Luxor in Las Vegas, this is your chance to become a key player in a nationwide celebration of talent, music, and community spirit.

2025 Tentative Schedule
As a participating venue, here’s how you’ll fit into the season’s exciting timeline:
- January – July: Venue Qualifying
Host the first step in the competition as karaoke singers in your area showcase their talent and make it onto local venue teams. This is where champions begin their journey! - August – September: Cup Qualifying Ends
A summer of standout individual performances wraps up as qualifiers prepare for the state-level battles. - September – October: Fundraising
By this deadline, State teams will be out fundraising for their trip to Vegas! - November 09 – 14: World Finals at the Luxor, Las Vegas
The season culminates with the top singers from across the nation battling for the ultimate title in karaoke.
